The hotel has small rooms, but they are beautifully decorated, very clean, with clean sheets and four pillows. The staff is really friendly and helpful with arranging tours and answering questions. The location is excellent, on a quiet street yet close to the town centre, caldera views, bars, restaurants, shops, and the bus stop. The dining experience is good but Euro7 per day, and there are wood-fired pizzas available. The facilities are convenient and meet expectations.
